Messenger Elijah Muhammad on Muhammad Ali

I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW that MUHAMMAD ALI has stepped down off the spiritual platform of Islam to go and see if he can make money in the sport world. His plans were announced through out the week beginning Monday, March 24, 1969, on radio and television.

MR. MUHAMMAD ALI plainly acted the FOOL to the whole world.

THE FIRST REASON Allah (God) Came to us is to give us money. This is the first blessing Allah mentioned.

MR. MUHAMMAD ALI, in his answer to the moderator of the television program stating that he intends to return to the boxing ring.

PUT US OUT OF THE CORNER OF MR. MUHAMMAD ALI. ANY MAN OR WOMAN, who comes to Allah (God) and then put his hopes and trust in the enemy of Allah (God) for survival, is underestimating the power of Allah (God) to even help them.

MR MUHAMMAD ALI has sporting blood, this plainly shows it.

MR.MUHAMMAD ALI desires to do that which the HOLY QURAN teaches him against.

THE HOLY QURAN TEACHES that this world is nothing but SPORT AND PLAY and MR. MUHAMMAD ALI wants a place in this sport world. HE LOVES IT. We have seen him on television. We see it is in his blood.

THIS STATEMENT IS TO TELL THE WORLD THAT WE, THE MUSLIMS, ARE NOT WITH MR. MUHAMMAD ALI in his desire to work in the sports world for the sake of a "lettle" money.

ALLAH ( GOD ) HAS POWER OVER THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH. HE IS SUFFICIENT FOR US.
