What We Need To Know About the Nation The World, and Ourselves

FROM THE MESSENGER

We never will believe in anything other than the religion of Islam. The
religion of entire submission to the Divine Will of God. And the
religion, according to the teaching of Islam, is the very nature of the
righteous, that is to submit to the will of the God of truth, freedom,
justice and what we are trying to do.”

” WE ARE NOT trying to do anything in the way of violence or allying
ourselves on the side of those who do such. The thing we are trying to do
is make ourselves a better people than we have been, and this has caused
much misunderstanding and willingfully made charges of other than good
against us. ”

WE HAVE ACCEPTED Islam to be our religion, and old religion as old as God
himself, a religion of the Prophets, of all the Righteous, a religion of
Freedom, Justice, and Equality, a religion of Universal Brotherhood,a
religion that a brother will fight and die for another brother,a religion
that believes in the laws given to Moses ” An eye for an eye and a tooth
for a tooth.”

The so-called American Negroes are more deprived of equal justice than
any people of earth. Justice is one of the greatest principles of
righteousness, fair dealing with one another. If justice was to prevail
throughout the world there never would come a day of Judgment. The unjust
Judges of the world are not concerned with justice for the black man of
America.”
